Profitability is always a professional standard in real estate.
Every moment I spend with a real estate professional is simple. The goal is for every agent, broker, and executive that walks into the room to have true freedom of choice about how they succeed in this industry. Yes, you must follow the rules of what it means to be a licensee. It also means you need to write your own rulebook sometimes. How do we resolve that conflict? We find out together every time I teach!

I've buried a son. I've lost a father. I've watched a business collapse while I was still inside it.
At the bottom, the thing that cut deepest wasn't the money — it was the isolation. Nobody in the industry was equipped to help, because nobody was taught to think about business this way.
I built what I needed and couldn't find. Now I teach it.
I promised everyone they would see something they've never seen before. They just didn't know it was me in a three piece suit…
…and no: it wasn't AI generated. Bought with my hard earned profits!
Whether you run an association, a brokerage, or a school — let's talk about what profitability education looks like for your people.
Real estate education teaches agents how to sell. It doesn't teach them how to run a business. I close that gap — starting with a diagnostic that identifies the real constraint before prescribing solutions.

"I think you're a freaking genius when it comes to what you do. What you can think of and create on the turn of a dime makes you a genius — and I don't blow smoke."
— Theresa Barnabei
REEA named the 90-Minute Marketing Department its Program of the Year. What got recognized is the part the industry keeps skipping: teaching agents to run a business, not just close deals.
How To Craft A Life Rooted In Your Why
— The Knowing Show, hosted by Christene Marie
Christene took the conversation to the question that has to get answered before any business system matters: what are you building it for.
The agents and brokers I work with don't have time for another 12-week program. I teach frameworks that produce results inside the time they actually have.

Given for work advancing how this profession gets taught. The recognition matters less than what it signals: the business side of real estate is finally being treated as a subject worth teaching.
REEA's instructor certification — course design, delivery, and measurable learning outcomes. It's the standard associations use to vet who gets in front of their members.
Writing a book isn't easy — and it shouldn't be! Although my AI agent drafted each chapter, it took days of morning walks talking to myself and months reading, editing, re-reading, and re-editing every word.
The tools at your disposal won't tell the story for you.
Find your voice, find your focus, and you'll get where you need to go. Proud to have finished!
"What businesses like yours can do — how valuable it is, how you can help us grow our business and find a work-life balance and serve our community better. That's really truly what we want to do."
— Sharon Bevins, REALTOR®
I'm a licensed agent, a business owner, and a consultant. Everything I teach runs in my own practice first.

Why AI Won't Save a Broken Real Estate Business (And What to Fix First)
— The AI Advantage with Jeremias "Jman" Maneiro
Agents keep buying tools to fix a problem the tools can't reach. AI doesn't repair a broken business — it scales one. Find the narrow point in the pipeline first.
Active practitioner first. Everything I teach gets built and tested in my own practice before it ever makes it to the stage.
"You opened my eyes. You just continually reveal more layers — just how much you can help from the outside looking in."
— Sean McKinnon, REALTOR®
Every business has one thing limiting it more than everything else combined. Find that, fix that, and the rest moves. This is the method underneath the diagnostic I open every engagement with — and the reason I won't prescribe before I diagnose.
Process design and waste elimination. It's the unglamorous half of profitability — most agents don't lose money on pricing, they lose it on the work they repeat because nothing was built to run twice.
Profitability as a professional standard. Real estate education teaches agents how to sell; it doesn't teach them how to run a business. Sessions cover diagnosing the real constraint in an agent's or a brokerage's business before prescribing solutions, and building systems that run inside the time agents actually have.
REALTOR® associations, brokerages, and real estate schools. The audience is working agents, brokers, and the education directors who serve them.
Anything from a one-hour Zoom session to a full day of training, in person or virtual.
Some of them do — the full-day training is CE-approved. Because CE approval is granted state by state, tell me where your members are licensed and I'll confirm exactly what carries credit for them. The shorter sessions are business education rather than CE.
There is no speaking fee. For an in-person session, cover travel — flights, ground transportation, and lodging. Virtual sessions are free, because there is nothing to cover.
Both. In person anywhere in the continental United States, and internationally.
However far out you want. Take the first open slot on the calendar or book a year ahead — whichever suits your program.
A room and a microphone. Audience size is whatever works for you. This is about your organization growing and your agents building a profitable business — it is not about building speaker credentials.
